The Birthplace of Topnotchers
Success is never an accident—it is the product of dedication, expert mentorship, and a learning environment that empowers students to perform at their very best.
For many aspiring professionals, earning a college degree is only the first milestone. The ultimate test comes in the board examinations, where years of preparation, discipline, and quality education are measured against the country’s highest standards.
For OEd (Online Education), these milestones have become more than individual success stories—they have become a defining characteristic of the institution.
With another impressive showing in the July 2026 Real Estate Appraiser Licensure Examination, OEd once again demonstrates that academic excellence can flourish in a flexible learning environment.
Leading this year’s achievers is Mina Isobel Tormes, who secured the Top 1 spot nationwide. She is joined by fellow OEd graduates Blue Sander Falag-ey, who ranked Top 2, and Allen Varquez, who placed Top 9—an extraordinary accomplishment that further strengthens OEd’s growing reputation as a producer of board topnotchers.
Adding even greater significance to this achievement is the success of Professor Elma, one of OEd’s mentors, who also passed the same licensure examination. Her accomplishment reflects OEd’s philosophy that learning never stops—even for educators. By continuously pursuing professional growth themselves, OEd mentors inspire students to strive for excellence beyond the classroom.
These latest board examination victories are not isolated accomplishments. They represent another chapter in OEd’s steadily expanding legacy of producing professionals who consistently perform among the country’s best.
Over the past three years, OEd has built an impressive roster of board topnotchers and passers across various professional licensure examinations, including:

While traditional notions of education often associate excellence with physical classrooms, OEd has redefined what quality education can look like. Through its innovative online learning platform, industry-aligned curriculum, experienced faculty, and personalized academic support, the institution has empowered working professionals, parents, overseas Filipinos, entrepreneurs, and lifelong learners to pursue their dreams without compromising their personal and professional responsibilities.
Its graduates continue to prove that flexibility and academic rigor are not mutually exclusive. Instead, OEd has demonstrated that with the right support system, accessible education can produce outcomes that rival—and even surpass—traditional learning models.
Every board topnotcher represents more than an examination result. Behind each name is a story of perseverance, countless hours of study, dedicated mentors, and an institution committed to helping every learner realize their full potential.
As OEd continues to celebrate another generation of board examination achievers, it also celebrates something even more meaningful—the growing community of professionals whose success reflects the institution’s enduring commitment to excellence.
Today, OEd is not simply known for making education more accessible. It is steadily becoming recognized for something even more valuable: developing graduates who rise to the very top of their professions.
With every board examination, every topnotcher, and every success story, OEd continues to strengthen its reputation as The Birthplace of Topnotchers—an institution where ambition is nurtured, excellence is cultivated, and future industry leaders are made.
